I agree mostly with what you said. I do not think we have a gun problem. We have a lack of sensible gun safety law problem. We have more requirements to own a vehicle than a firearm. No training or insurance required.

We also have an extremist or hate problem. Homeland security just issued a national terrorism advisory bulletin saying there’s heightened threat regarding “targets could include public gatherings, faith-based institutions, schools, racial and religious minorities, government facilities and personnel, U.S. critical infrastructure, the media, and perceived ideological opponents.” As a minority who frequents Asian churches and supermarkets , I am concerned. But my fellow statesman who are not minorities told me I am imagining things . They would vote for the extremists (Gosar, Biggs, Rogers) and go to rallies to cheer for Rittenhouse. They are very willing to sacrifice me and my family and my friends who look like me to ‘own the libs’. A minority owned corn dog place was vandalized and my online community group zeroed in on the photo of its door and lashed out at the business for ‘not allowing guns’. Instead of expressing outrage at the break in , they pretty much sided with the perpetrators and said businesses who don’t allow guns are asking for violence.

We have a lack of mental healthcare problem . We have a lack of healthcare problem. I could go on and on about our issues. It’s depressing.
